  • Sadly I see from the other reviews that my bad experience was not unique but usual practice for this place. I walked in and was hardly even acknowledged by any of the employees. When someone finally glanced in my direction I asked for a pedi and without saying a word they motioned me to a chair. I don't think my nail tech ever said a word to me the entire time, no smile, nothing. She did however have extensive conversation with other employees (No idea what they were saying but I can guess it was rude commentary about the customers) The location is so convenient for me so it's a shame that the service is so bad but I won't be back.
