Worse place ever. I'm actually typing this up in the room waiting for the doctor. It's been 1.5 hours so far. Showed up at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment to fill out paperwork as we switched insurance carriers. 30 minutes later I fill out the paperwork. I take it to the front desk and the lady acts as if I'm interrupting her coffee break. She was facing a personal conversation with another office worker. I asked her if she needed a copy of my new insurance card to which I got more attitude. She takes it, I sit down. 30 minutes later I ask what the wait is. They forgot to verify the insurance. The front office rude, inefficient, and are more concerned with taking to each other than doing their jobs. I'll never come back here. This is the worse experience ever.
UPDATE: my daughter has a penicillin allergy. This place should have it on file as they discovered it. They wanted to prescribe amoxicillin for a sinus infection. I said she had an allergy. The DOCTOR asked me what she can take. I said it should be in her record. She said no allergies were listed. I believe an allergy to a medication might be something to be notated in a patience medical record. After all it was through them we discovered it.
