  • Their policies are hurting their business. I have already spend thousands on outdoor furniture and need one small ottoman cushion which is $400. the shipping charge is $200. The ottoman cushion weights all of 4 lbs. They claim it has to go through a third party warehouse because it's considered furniture. Go Figure! No other shipping options. I've called several times and tried to explain how unreasonable this is - only because I need the cushion. I've decided that it's not worth it and I will take my business to other companies that are customer friendly. Good luck RH - you are going to need it.
