  • I would have to say that overall this place was a mix bag of nuts. I came over to my girlfriends apartment pretty regularly to take care of our daughter. Would I suggest this place? Prob not. They took way too long to fix things. We are talking 2 weeks to fix a stove. In the new place that I moved my family and myself into the maintenance folks come around the same day and fix the things. Also the building we lived in had mice. They didn't do anything about it. I patched any and all holes myself even tho I did not live there. The pest control guy told them to inspect the entire building but they failed to do so. I mean overall the location I liked for being on the east side it was close to my apartment. Close to the freeway and I loved walking to the little store with my baby and they cleaned up the riff raft that would hang out by the main gate. If they would only be quicker when it came to service request that would of sealed it for my girlfriend she liked living there. But green valley ranch is a much nicer area so she will have to learn to live with it.
