  • Just moved out last week after a year at the Diamond Sands. If i didn't end up buying a house I would of stayed another year. Our apartment had brand new carpet in the bedrooms and nice wood look laminate in the rest of the place. Don't let these wacky one star reviews sway your judgement. Here are a few of the positive things about the place 1) the pool is open 23/7 (they're closed one hour to clean and do chemical stuff) 2) gated community and patrolling security guard at night 3) MGMT and maintenance were all very friendly and were quick to fix anything if needed. 4) location! A stones throw from 15 & 215. 5) Washer & dryer in each apt. 6) only utilities you had to pay was gas & electric. (Water, trash, Internet* & DirecTV** were all included.) *need to provide your own router **one standard box was free, wash addition one was around 10/month
