  • Freddy, Service Advisor, was very helpful. He kept me informed about my vehicle and answered all of my questions. He and every employee that I had come across was very friendly as they acknowledged me coming in. I made an appointment so I'm flustered why the oil change had taken just about 2.5hrs when I was told 45mins-1hr. I understand things happen, but I'd request better communication in the future. Thank you! I'll see you guys in the future.
