  • I bought an Internet and phone package 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to be here today to install which is a very long time to wait in the first place. I took off work this morning to be here for install but they never showed up... After being hung up once and 45 min of being on hold later I find the man behind the front desk NEVER PLACED THE WORK ORDER! now I have to wait 5 more days for my Internet.. I'm regretting this already. Worst customer service I've ever experienced
