  • I have traveled the world, and I have been to some great breakfast joints but, Babystacks hands down has the best pancakes I have ever had. This is my second time at Babystacks in Henderson (near Sunset Station Casino) and I can't say enough about this place. If you are looking for an outside of the box breakfast joint, Babystacks is the place to go. This weekend we stopped in and after much deliberation, I ordered the Cookies n' Cream pancakes off of their limited edition menu. It was one of those dining choices that left you thinking... this is going to be really good or this is going to be really bad. Well ladies and gentlemen, when these pancakes arrived my taste-buds were doing the happy dance. I knew as soon as I saw them that I would be eating every last bite. My half stack order of Cookies n' Cream Pancakes came with three (3) large chocolate pancakes with pieces of oreo cookies mashed up inside. I'm really not sure how they did it but the oreo pieces inside were still crunchy. Drizzled on top was vanilla cream icing and topped with homemade whipped cream (as if it couldn't get any better). And instead of topping this creation off with a cherry, they sprinkled pieces of crushed up oreo on top. One may think the pancakes are super sweet. Surprisingly it is not overwhelmingly sweet. The chocolate pancakes must be made with a unsweetened coco, allowing you to fully enjoy the sweet icing they place on top. It was a again, a major score at Babystacks. Next go around I will be trying out their red velvet pancakes. If you're a local or in town visiting, you must find one of their three locations and get in to try this place. You won't be let down, I promise!
