  • Unfortunately the new people in this store are so focused on up selling the customer that they don't even let those of us who go in knowing what we want check out. Today I waited behind 2 other people who also had their items ready for over 10 minutes while the only person working focused only on the ladies he was up selling. Ultimately, I had to walk out without my items because I was on a time crunch. The guys who have been there longer are great. The new guys are pushy and only focused on what else they can sell you. Today they lost me as a customer.
