  • we made reservations online for a compact vehicle to pick up same day, we get and find out that they didn't have anything available. we told them we made reservations and they didn't really seem to care. they told us that the rancho location had a lot of cars and we could make it there before they close. well we went to that location come to find out they have NOTHING available!!! this company has the WORST customer service!!!!!
