rev:text	Extremely horrible front desk service, terrible technicians, clueless owner, and a very money hungry shop. I made an appointment to bring my truck in and had to stand at the front desk for more than ten minutes before someone would even acknowledge me. Multiple technicians walked past as well as the girls that were supposed to be working the front area, after someone had waked past three times they finally asked if I had been helped. Off to a bad start but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had a full inspection done on my truck to see any potential problems and ask about upgrades. I decided to only have fluids changes as the price they quoted me on exhaust parts was $150 over the cost to order the parts online. I has asked them to look at the rear air bags on my truck as part of the inspection (which happens to be out of their expertise, so don't come to them for any air suspension work) and right next to the air bag was a noticeably broken exhaust hanger that they neglected to see, when I picked the truck up and did a walk around I saw the hanger and asked if they had anything to secure it for my drive home and the owner of the shop came back with a wire clothes hanger! Of all of the things that a so called 'professional' repair shop should have this is what you get at Strictly Diesel. Due to my disabilities I am unable to crawl under my truck so my wife grabbed the hanger and bent it to secure the exhaust while again the owner stood there and watched as a 115lb woman had to do the work that he should have had a technician come outside and perform. They called later in the week to ask how my service was and I explained how I felt about their service and they asked me to come in so they could make it right, not a chance Strictly Diesel! I will never again risk my vehicle and bring my business to you nor will I recommend you to anyone that I encounter. This is a testimony to how they do things at Strictly Diesel and I strongly recommend that anyone looking for Diesel Repair look elsewhere off the 17 in Phoenix.
