  • I went to this salon on Wednesday evening and got a gel set. On Saturday I noticed each nail on my left hand was lifting after only having them done for 3 days. I tried to contact them on Sunday, closed. Called them on Monday and they stated they would correct the problem. What they offered me was to fix the nail job (a full-in) instead of doing a whole new set. Obviously the man who did my nails was too busy watching soccer on his phone to do my nails correctly. When I asked the manager for a full set he told me they couldn't do one. But why would I want the same set that was already messed up in less than a week because your nail tech did not do a good enough job? On top of not doing a new set they did not apologize for the inconvenience or even offer me any additional services to make up for the issue. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS SALON AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE TO GO THERE AS WELL!
