rev:text	Craving delicious melt in your mouth macaroons? Look no further! Bouchon Bakery is here! Seriously. This review is solely for their macaroons (the only thing I ever buy from here)!! Like my fellow yelp friend, Emily C says. Most bakeries that sell macaroons are deceiving. They look great, lure you in, but when you take a bite. It's a little short of expectations and filled with disappointment. But not here! Yes it is $3.25 a macaroon, but trust me it is well worth it! 1. The size of the macaroon is about three times the size of a typical macaroon. 2. The filling is to die for. Not too creamy, not too soft, but perfect that it just melts in your mouth and you can savor the taste. 3. The shell of the macaroon is perfect too! Hard enough to hold, but soft when you bite into it. I'm ready to go and buy more!! You'll definitely see me around Bouchon when I'm in Vegas!
