  • These guys are crooks. I booked a trip to Costa Rica and it said nowhere in the incredibly long packet about it being the rainy season nor did anyone tell me in 3 different occasions when I spoke to them live. I realized a few days later on my own and they refused to let me book a different trip or refund my money. These guys should be shut down for fraud-- why are they even running trips with outside activities during the known rainy season except as a scam to make more money? I spoke to managers twice and they both refused to connect me to someone more senior to help me. Horrible customer service.
