I mainly use this walgreens for their pharmacy. The personnel in the pharmacy has always been helpful and friendly.
As for the rest of the store, its touch and go. A bit more 'go' than 'touch' though. If you need to get razor blades, or anything else that gets locked up for that matter, you have to push that button which sets off that automated message over the intercom. Nothing like announcing I need razors to the whole store. Busy or not, this always seems to take an inordinate amnount of time. It's like they're seeing who is gonna pull the shortest straw. Than after having them pull said razors they than walk you to that register over at cosmetics to ring you up so you dont have delusions of grandeur and attempt to flee out the front door and jump into your running car with their $14 razor blades. I understand its not personal, but it always irks me nonetheless.
Sometimes I get employees who are nice and reasonably helpful, but usually they seem a bit annoyed, so I usually just try to get what I need and get out. Honestly, if it wasn't for the pharmacy, I probably wouldn't step foot in the place.
3 stars.
