  • If you want to have a major procedure done with this dentist, think again. I had very bad experience here, as the secretary was extremely lazy and rude, and asked for unfair charge as she was too lazy to go through the insurance claim process and include discount as agreed with insurance company. Long story short, she made a total mess of the situation by not allowing the insurance plan based discount and previously agreed upon discount (with written proof) which still has not been resolved. Be very careful before doing anything major here!!!
