  • The worst attempted car buying experience imaginable. Horrible selection, uninformed staff, huge waste of time. I came to this dealership because they had good reviews online, and were within walking distance of a Subaru and Honda dealership (which I was still considering at the time). The "sales consultants" new very little about the vehicle. I was looking to purchase this vehicle for my spouse who lives in Phoenix while she completes grad school. I live in California. We asked the dealer who needed to sign so we could register the car in AZ (plus our trade in was in AZ with my spouse). They said they needed someone with a permanent AZ address, so we brought my spouses mom to the dealer to co-sign since she lives here. After an hour of them getting up and down to figure out who knows what the "finance person" says we don't need her mom to sign and all we needed was a bill or something with my spouses current AZ address. We then inspect the car again; there a sizable scratch on the front, the window shield wipers are not turning on, the automatic headlights won't turn on, and the rear cross traffic alert doesn't work. They try and tell us sometimes you have to jiggle the knobs, that they are still trying to figure out the 2017s, and that we and could bring the car back in to get the scratch fixed. We obviously said no to this. They found us a brown colored car that was arriving a couple days later, we said that would work and we signed ALL the paperwork except for the final inspection acknowledgement. We have them a $1000 deposit to hold the new car until it arrived. We went back this morning to pick it up. After waiting 20 more minutes they told us there was a problem with the paperwork and my spouses mom would need to come back in....this was not going to work as we had already spent many hours of our time and her mother was at work nor did we trust anything they were saying. We left without a car having wasted a lot time and feeling extremely aggravated. Don't waste your time, go to a different Mazda dealer.
