  • A few years ago I bought a higher end exercise bike. It was almost $1000. After a week one of the pedals broke off. I took it back. Instead of giving me a new one, they said they would send it out for repair. It was almost a month before I got it back, I had to call and bug them almost every day. I think they should have just given me a new one. After I got it back the chain broke about a week later. Instead of taking back to fitness depot, I took it to Mountain bike city and they fixed it properly for less than $100. They pointed out that the bike may have been assembled by a complete moron. It works great now, Many thanks to Mountain bike city for going above and beyond. BTW Fitness Depot, thanks for nothing! Since then we have spent about another $5,000.00 on our exercise room, mostly at Flaman fitness which appears to be much better run.
