I give this place 3 stars because of the customer service I received. I called around 6pm to inquire about the free pedicure and they told me it's only valid Sun-Wed, 9am-4pm. I set up an appointment for the same day (it was Thursday) for 9pm.
When I got there, nobody greeted or even acknowledged me for at least 10 minutes. I just sat there waiting. When someone finally noticed me, I told her I had an appointment for a gel pedi and she seemed unaware of what was going on. When she was preparing the tub, she talked to me as If I completely ruined her day. It's not like I walked in right before they closed (11pm.) I made an appointment 2 hours before. When it came time for me to pay I was charged $43 when I specifically asked how much a gel pedi would be on the phone prior to coming and the girl said $35. It was just a bad first impression with unprofessional service in my opinion.

The owner Dan reached out to me and personally apologized for the service I was given. He made sure to compensate for the money I spent and treated me with exemplary service. He made sure to let me know that what I experienced was unacceptable and what needs to be done, will be. I appreciate the effort he made to reach out to me; It shows he cares about his customers and their experience. That is the definition of great customer service.
