  • I called this company because my realtor recommended them. We needed a garage door replaced last minute because the previous company never got back to me. I called and let them know of my situation on a Friday stating that I needed it replaced before the following Friday so we had 1 week. I asked if this was possible if not I understand and would go elsewhere. The lady on the phone said no no it should be just fine no problem. They arrive on Monday for measurements and said they would get back to me. I called the office and for some reason said the original lady who helped me had all my info but she was on lunch and would call me back as soon as she returns. Two hours later still no phone call so I called myself. She stated she did not have my paperwork and needed to hear back front he person who came to the home. I asked if this would be available by end of day she said yes. I never received a call back I found another company later the same evening to wen to my home next day and installed it Thursday morning. I just received a call from this company on Thursday! I told them it needed to be complete before Friday and they are just getting back to me. Horrible communication, I do not reccomend
