  • Luchiano's is our go to for special occasions... But, tonight was a huge disappointment! We had to wait 20 minutes until a server asked us for drinks and this was only after we had approached the management about why there was a delay. There was not even an explanation about why the delay occurred. The manager was nice about it and comped our drinks. Subsequently, the waiter that ended up taking our order seemed to be put out. The food we got was angel hair pasta and it was clumped together, as if it were old and reheated or something. As I said earlier, this was very disappointing. Especially since it was our anniversary celebration and we had made arrangements for a babysitter to enjoy a special evening. Over the past four years we have generally had very good experiences. It seems as though there may be some issues that have crept in over the past few months as we are seeing others with similar experiences on yelp.
