  • Last time I ever shop here. My family shops here alot it's the closest game store to where we live. I stopped by to ask if they carry gift cards because you don't see anything like that advertised . I didn't see anything regarding gift cards while I was in there. I walked up front to counter to ask if they carried gift card? First off not one person said hello, or welcome to game stop. Then the manager Alexander says mam the line starts over here! No hello can i help u?. I told him I just have a question? His reaction was ridiculous and rude. I told him never mind I'll go somewhere else. He said OK. Wow really. I was shocked so I left. I then called to ask to speak with a namanger and I got Alexander again. After I explain my experience , his answer was "well mam if u shop here alot you would know we carry gift cards. I work in retail and would never say that to any customer. It truly shows how he runs his store. When I called back to get the guys name. The store manager james told me he heard everything and defended his employee saying mam he did tell you the line started over here. Again it's like they are defending him. Clearly the tone if their voice says it all. It's Christmas time I know things are crazy during the holiday season but lets not let our kindness fall short. My family will no longer shop here. I will let everyone know of my experience. But the looks of it too they probably will never see this post or even think twice . Merry Christmas .
