I've been here for two classes already and have thoroughly enjoyed the workout and classes each time.
The first time you complete the class, it can be super exhausting especially if you're unfit or don't work out as much. However, it gets better after the first class. It was the toughest but totally worth it afterwards. The beginning of the class is quite an intense workout but after the workout, you'll learn the art of muay thai kickboxing.
If it's your first time going, they'd make you sign a waiver form.. you know, just sign your life away. Then it will be $10 if it is your first time which is transferable if you want to pay for one of the 10 class packages. After that, if you're just going to pay for the drop ins, it will be $20. I just opted for paying $20 each time as I really did not know how often I will be able going due to the location (it's considered far for me if you're in the suburbs).
My friends ended up paying for the 10 class pass special package which includes the boxing gloves and hand wraps so you do not have to use the ones they have which are questionably sanitized. Regardless, if you used the ones they have, someone has definitely used them multiple times. It's not a bad package if you ask me.
Many thanks to Charlie for being our instructor and putting up with a few of my friends in the beginner class.
