  • 9:30 PM so many homeless people hanging outside the doors and around the parking lot... scary place to come into Hope I don't catch any diseases but the dip cones are great. It's worth it to fight your way through the scum of the earth to come in and enjoy a nice chocolate dipped cone as long as you don't let the boy with the long fingernails make it, he puts the chocolate on so thick you can't even get to the ice cream. This is a very scary place. Please, only come in pairs, with a fully charged Cell phone and make sure you tell someone where you're going in case there's trouble. This location should seriously consider hiring off duty police officers during the night hours... nuf said be careful and be warned. Good Luck
