  • This company was recommended by one of these places that recommend services...cant remember which one. This guy came out within a couple of hours (should have been a clue). He had no idea why we had a musty smell in one of our bedrooms. Plus ..we had to tell him what he probably needed to do. The worst part was he barely spoke english...I could not understand him. He could not answer any questions...all he wanted was money. It was 75$ just to come out and he went up in the attic ...he did not want to but we insisted. Then he said he saw no mold...we think that is what he said. Then he charged us 275$ for an air quality inspection. I asked him if it showed mold.how would they treat. We never got an answer. It was one of the worst experiences with a contract co I have ever had. We received a report and once again we got this person who we could never understand again. Stay way from this company they are there to rip you off and not solve your problem. They come up with something and charge you again and again.
