  • This is the best apartment experience I have ever had. Tim and Leah in the office are so helpful and always smiling. These people bend over backwards to make sure I am happy! Maintenance is always readily available and fixes everything without a blink. I never hear my neighbors. They are all friendly and respectful. My garage isnt as close as I would like (aka attached!) But im glad they had one open for me. No hidden fees, excellent prices. Great management. Highly recommended...unlike properties managed by Mark Taylor! Only downside is the lack of guest parking. I have a two bedroom, with only one reserved spot. Uncovered spots are usually filled past 6pm
