  • So this place is in a typical, nondescript Vegas strip mall, but once you walk in its bright and colorful. The super friendly staff all welcomes you regardless of what they're doing. Everyone there is very welcoming and helpful. It is essentially set up the same way as a Chipotle. On the menu they have a few preselected options or build your own. You can get it in a burrito, a bowl or nachos. I've had each way and are all delicious. Have had the Redondo and the Baja but usually prefer to build my own. There are about 10 fish options, chicken, steak and even a Gardein option for vegetarians. The toppings section is really great too with a variety of fresh veggies and homemade sauces. This is a place I frequent often and will continue to do so. Everything is fresh and tremendously flavorful. Another bonus is they are very sustainability oriented. Recycled metal chairs, bamboo tables and biodegradable plates, cups and plastic ware. Highly recommend this place.
