  • Terrible experience. I would expend great time and energy to describe what a shady company that this is, but my experience was exactly like everyone else's (over $700 in additional charges). After contacting a more reputable company (water heater progessional) I found that the majority of the upcharges were unnecessary. Everything bad that you read about them is true. I hope that my future experiences with companies referred by American Home Shield will be better, or I will be seeking another form of home warranty.
