Was looking forward to a great experience but was underwhelmed. Overall the quality of the workmanship was good and I was pleased with the alterations done on my bridesmaid dress. However communication and timelines was lacking.
I took a dress in the first week December and told her I did not actually need it until January 8 (over 5 weeks). She said she would only need 3 weeks so we agreed on a Dec 21 completion date. Dec 21 I return and the dress was not even started. She explained she had a Holiday rush & everyone needed things done before Christmas. I told her I understood but reminded her I brought it in 3 weeks ago in early December to which she responded to return late that afternoon & she would have it completed. I got busy & forgot to return & had to fly out the next day. She called me 2 days later while I was out of town and she would be closing until after Christmas & New Year so I couldn't pick it up until after she re opened after New Year - right about the time I originally offered to give her until all the while her giving me the excuse it was due to the holiday rush (again she had it from 1st week Dec).
If you need anything around a holiday make sure you have five weeks to wait - but again quality of work was very good.
