  • Really disappointing. I wanted to love this place and was so excited to move in. Management did get better while I was there but it was so bad to start (duplicate charges, not responding to e-mails, etc.). Garage gates were broken for months, leading to numerous (talking 5+ instances) of car break-ins, mine being broken into during the first 2 weeks I lived there. Crime did get worse which didn't help my opinion of the place. Not uncommon for the pool to be closed for a week or two due to broken glass, or the hot tub not be functioning. The apartments itself are nice - really liked the layout and features, maintenance was quick to repair, and the dog parks were one of the main draws. If you live on the first floor near the dog park and elevator however, you will hear it all the time. The location is great and the prices can't be beat, but keep in mind that you generally get what you pay for.
