  • Such a friendly clerk named Danny, spent a solid 30 minutes with us explaining where the meat comes from and why it is the quality that it is. He pointed out the different cuts of meat that come from different parts of the cow. Just really, super friendly! $700 later we bought a hind quarter and I couldn't be happier with the value. Had our first taste of meat tonight and it's BEYOND awesome! This place is great!
