  • Over charge for my spring replacement service. My family has used Cactus for all our garage door problems. Trust is a the most important part of a relationship.I was charged 320.00 and then after asking because we are good customers we have 4 doors that have been serviced the tech Tony who was amazing at his work offered a 10 percent discount. The problem is Cactus charges about 80 percent more than most companies.I called asked for management and Kathy told me that was their price and offered no compromise. they have lost my families business. Check prices from other companies before using Cactus
