rev:text	Worst experience ever. Most unprofessional and rude sales & management team I have ever encountered in my entire life. I used to work for BMW Gallery and I can't imagine ever dealing with a customer the way these people dealt with me. Without getting into detail I will say this..I was looking to buy a car and the sales person gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. So after test driving the vehicle I signed off on it and was told to come back in a few days to pick it up. When we returned a few days later to pick it up the car had a dent and scratch in the driver's door and none of the accessories that were supposed to come with the vehicle were being included. Instead of reasoning with us and trying to see what happened the sales person immediately acted completely blameless and got his manager involved. Both him and the manager started blaming US saying we should have paid more attention to what we were signing off on and essentially took zero responsibility and did nothing to try and resolve the issues. The last thing you want to hear when you are picking up a new car is "oh ya you're right that is damaged.. bring it back in a few weeks and we'll get it fixed up". Unacceptable. We got them to void the signed agreement and we were out of there. I went to Village Honda and bought myself a new Civic. Amazing customer service, amazing price and I am much more happy with the way things worked out. I am so thankful the deal fell through. Worst customer service I have ever received. I actually wish I could give this place 0 stars.
