  • It's a shame for a dog to spend it's entire life here that a bad review has to happen. My family has been coming here forever. Last straw is call 230 ask for appt for 4 they say we only take walk ins. I was confused but she said 4 is pretty quiet. When I got there lady said do u have a appt? I said what? Thought this was a walk in clinic only. She proceeded to rush me for my name. We got in fast. In the room vet asked what I needed. She didn't have a problem getting her a steroid shot or antibiotics for skin infection. But I mentioned shots I said I had taken her last year to another vet closer to me I remembered that I needed one more shot that I didn't go back for. I told the vet ill call them to find out which one it is. She said ill take her and be right back. Couple min later a handler comes back and says that a shot here for steroid and couple other spots for shots I said what? I didn't say I needed them. I said I would call my vet now and let her know which one if I did need it. So this vet took it upon herself to give my dog another round of vaccines that I had already gotten in Aug. I was pissed. I went out to check out and waited. As I sit the staff says are u ready to check out duh why would I be standing there at the counter if I wasn't. SHE looked at my checkout told me total. I said where is my pills? She said u have pills l Said no u where suppose to have ready when I check out. So she walked in the back and came back no pills. She said there putting it together. As I sit and wait watching staff in and out back finally after ten min I check out. I mentioned to the lady why is it so inconsistent with getting meds. They say it will be ready when I check out but it never is I always have to wait. She said we are very busy vets sometimes give meds in room or get them ready at checkout. Problem is I wait forever to get meds at checkout cause I have to remind them that I didn't get them they ask if I got them in room. Honestly I could complain till blue in the face to them they wouldn't care. For every one client that leaves another will replace me. They honestly suck for customer service. My other dog bites got the vet and handlers. I tell them muzzle don't remove they always do that's what happens when they don't listen. There advice is socialize your dog. I say not all dogs like people they choose one person and that's it. Stay clear save your money and time there are so many other clinics that have better staff and run smoother so u feel like they actually know when they are doing. Ill be switching and taking my twelve years of records with me.
