  • They cleaning was just ok. It was certainly not worth $25 for the V.I.P. The vacuuming job was sub par, I think they just run the vacuum over the fabric once and pay no attention to what's left behind. The exterior wash was also disappointing. They did do a good job wiping down the interior surfaces and dash. The only way to get the interior wiped down is to pay for the V.I.P. The cheaper washes do not include it. This felt more like an expensive basic wash. I would have given them another chance in the future if it wasn't for the man harassing me about the tiny chips, not cracks, in my windshield. I had to tell him 'No' 5 TIMES before I finally walked away. I'm not paying this kind of money at a car wash to be harassed and questioned. And it's none of his business who my insurance carrier is, stop the harassment! I should only have to say no once.
