  • Poor customer service and average work. Two phone calls in since picking up my boots to speak to Fiona, and no return call. Prices are reasonable but don't expect much. Soles they seem to do well, but fixing my baby toe poking through the leather of my "Beatle" boot (says was possible) not so much. My reason for calling had been to show her that I'd found a great resin glue to rework her original mediocre patch. The whole point here, and very important kids, is they closed the door on a client. I would have gladly paid for this service if she had been knowledgeable enough as well. Thanks girls, you know my number. I'd have considered a great review if you had taken my call and seen me to look at this now beautiful boot ;)
