  • We purchased our water softener and RO system from Spencers and Ameriflow were the folks who installed them. Had the RO system checked after a year and paid for new filters, back in October. The RO system started making a lot of noise recently, where it had always run silently before. Called and made an appointment to have it checked. We were given a window of when the Tech would be here, and he even called 20 minutes before he got here. Christian has just been and fixed the RO system. Turns out it's not a good idea to put food down the sink that doesn't have the waste disposal attached! A piece of food had become stuck in the drain hole and was reducing the water flow and also meant the water wasn't just flowing smoothly down the side of the pipe as it had before. It's all fixed now, at no charge. Thanks, Ameriflow! Excellent customer service!
