  • I've been a client for 3/4 years. Ive always paid my policy In full and on time. It all was great when I fist came in, And young lady named Vanessa made coming here a delight. Great customer service and caring. Now. The receptionist is a young girl and has an attitude that she doesn't care. An agent that is the stepdaughter of the owner. The wife also works there. And the boss. Which I think is wrong. That's not right in any other work environment. The stepdaughter quoted me wrong. And when I came back, because I got a bill of $200 extra, she said that she never had quoted that. And of course. The boss/stepdad said she would never say that either. This should be right. But oh well. That's why today I cancelled all of my policies. And moved to a different insurance. I use to tell everyone about this place. Now I'm thinking of the opposite :/
