Terrible experience in working with Lynn Buss and the two members of the support staff she has working with her. Was working on a simple cancellation of a policy and it turned into a large ordeal. It took 4 days just to be able to speak with Lynn to talk about cancelling the policy, then after speaking with her I received a very similar response initially as the support staff gave me which was a "runaround" prevent the client from cancelling type of conversation. At the end of the call through asking a series of logical questions around the "Terms and Conditions" of cancellation leading to no other choice logically than to cancel the conversation changed to how I was now being given a "favor" to work around State Farm "red tape".
I will be writing a letter to State Farm corporate detailing the entire process as well, I will update my review as well.
After the very unprofessional tone and handling of the account I could not ever in good conscience recommend anyone to use Lynn Buss at State Farm.
*Side note, cancellation initially results in you needing to go to a local State Farm branch to e-sign on their keypad....seems a little antiquated in today's technologically driven world.
