  • Sad to write this review as this is an overall fun place and cool concept. I came this evening and the sign was up for 1/2 parents admission with purchase of child ticket. I asked to be reimbursed 1/2 the price for my ticket as I came with my child and two others in my party. A manager or supervisor named Brittney came over and indicated it doesn't start until next weekend. I asked for the sign to be honored as it was clearly visible to all patrons. She stated the sign was not supposed to be up and there was no way to give you a credit. She did not offer to honor the advertised price, she was rude and unapologetic. She then walked away & took out the sign. Extremely disappointed in how this complaint was handled, hence the two stars.
