  • The managers at this location (Marisa & Julie) have no respect for their customers, especially the elderly. I came in with my grandmother (who has alzheimer's and needs constant company) and instead of helping us, they constantly yelled rudely at us, and when I mentioned that I would write a poor review after this disrespectful behaviour, the managers promptly followed to interrupt my grandmother's pedicure and asking her to leave. Is this how you treat the elderly and your customers? Instead of apologizing and trying to understand the situation, they were rude and disrespectful. The other customers were aghast at their behaviour and apologized on their behalf. I will never be returning here - and it seems like other reviewers have also had similarly bad experiences here. There are so many other options in Richmond Hill - the next day we went to Glamour Nails on Tower Hill & Yonge and we were treated with so much respect and patience. I strongly recommend not taking your business to a place that is deeply disrespectful of the elderly.
