  • Only gave a one star because I had to. But the prepare that assisted me at H&r was inga espenhain she was rude and has no customer service. She wanted me to sign the computer I said I can't see it so don't feel comfortable signing she got up set huffed and puffed i said sorry if it a problem I will go somewheres else she said no I have paper, she got the paper then said to me are you sure you can read this. I said excuse me I can't see the small writing on you're computer. So she said ok you can read this. After her huffing and puffing every time I asked a question I said I rather not have you do my taxes and was getting ready to leave she was still being rude I asked for a mangers card and she gave it me in the process of doing that she said you need to go lose weight so you can be happier with yourself, I said excuse me she said you heard me then I said so you're degrading me, humiliating me, she said no trying to help you're life. I spoke to the other lady there hit manger information calling tomorrow. She was just rude!
