  • Stayed here for work. Really unimpressed given the caliber this hotel alleges. Compared to a Monaco, a Fairmont, and the Ritz or other Marriott, this was really just ok. Rooms were very outdated and almost seemed unclean. Calling to the front desk the person seemed less than thrilled to assist you. Bed was not that comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and grand, but I would not spend 300+ a night on accommodations here. I think the hotel is in serious need of renovations, and needs a reminder about what customer service means to guests...Overall just not impressed.
