So what if its Americanized; I love it for what it is - a great sushi place that has a twist on boring rolls. I highly recommend the Jackpot roll it is something you won't want to share. The sauce it comes with is heavenly and sweet - a concoction that goes perfectly with the roll. All ingredients are fresh and generous - I know it's a desert out there how fresh can it be that's what I thought and trust me I am picky about fresh sushi! You will be as surprised as I was. Avoid the usual rush hours (dinner Fri & Sat and you should be fine). But even with a big crowd the turnover is pretty fast you are never waiting for too long.
