  • 20 décembre 2012 Le souper du 40e ! Ah !, quoi de mieux qu'une table au Deux Gamins. J'en profite pour le faire découvrir à mes parents, heureux de pouvoir participer au succès de ma découverte. Je débute avec mon Spritzer, rosé. Puis les anges se mirent à chanter, j'écrase une petite larme de joie, une entrée de tartare de boeuf assaisonné, encore une fois à la perfection. Suivi d'un filet de boeuf dans sa sauce au foie gras ! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! quoi ajouter de plus :-) Bisous partout à toute l'équipe, y compris au pâtissier qui a fait une magnifique contruction feuilletée ! Ohhhhhhhhhh ! ça a fait l'envie de plusieurs aux fêtes. Valérie, t'es la meilleure ! Bonne année 2013 :-) xxx December 20th 2012 THE supper of the 40e anniversary Oh ! Then the angels sang for a second time, I wash my eyes, ... from the tears of joy, an apetizer of beef tartare made the right way, again perfection. Followed by my dear beef filet in foie gras sauce ! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ! what more to say :-) Kisses to all the team, don't forget the pastry chef who created an amazing and scrumpcious pastry contruction ! Ohhhhhhhhhh ! I was the envy of everyone during the holidays. Valérie, your the best ! Happy New Year 2013 :-) xxx
