This isn't this Enterprise's fault, but the rental car check in line was difficult to find at the Pittsburgh airport. I walked all the way to the rental car pickup area and was told to turn around back to the airport near the baggage claim to fill out the paperwork, etc. On top of that, I stood in the Enterprise Plus line but was not invited to the counter in front of other, non Plus members. I don't know why Enterprise offers this line or this Plus when at so many airports their employees don't follow the guidelines. I'm all for fairness and equity blah blah, but if you offer a service for loyal customers, you should followup on it. This has happened to me two or three times in the past six months at various Enterprises, and I'm starting to consider switching to another rental service company. And no, Enterprise, I don't want you to send me a Yelp message asking me to fill out a form and submit my concerns with reference number XYZ-123. Instead, tell your employees to do their jobs.
