they love selling you a car and love it even more when the warranty expires...so I bought an extended two year warranty that I later found out covers items that will never fail...when I decided to cancel the policy and get a pro-rated refund...cool, until the lying sales person who sold me the policy two months ago never mentioned a $75 cancellation fee when I bought it...nothing was verbally said and nothing was in writing...contacted the BBB and the matter was resolved...
these guys are crooks...not the first time...once they didn't replace the timing belt correctly (didn't tighten nut right) and the belt tore 3 months after...did major damage to the car...
in short, learned my lesson and bought a Toyota so I won't have to deal with the likes of these jokers ever again...
