rev:text	If I could give them zero stars I would. The sales guy is great at spinning what a wonderful company it is. It is all fluff. They installed it at 9pm on Fri night by 7am Sat morning we knew it would not work, we called the salesman back and he said no problem, I'll have them come right out and cancel and you won't be charged. Well that was a lie. Promptly at 6 am Mon morning my account gets a charge, I contact him back, he does not answer phone calls he barely answered my texts. He then informs me that to cancel I have to fax a cancelation form which is in the contract that I received in my email. Except that it was never sent. Thomas Ryder did not do honest business. I made the arrangements for the fax to take place verified that all parties that needed to receive it had. I asked him about refund and he said Oh, I don't deal with that so I cannot tell you how long it will take. Another web of lies. Finally after trying to get a hold of someone for over 10 days I get transfered to ADT corporate, I tell them exactly how I am feeling, and what I want. He says well if you let me finish, after I told him if he cannot help to transfer me to a supervisor, he goes through his shpeel just to waste my time. I asked him to transfer me to a supervisor, and he promptly put me on hold and hung up on me. I call back and without even a response am put on hold. This hold has been over 20 min and I have yet to talk to a soul. According to the 1st gentleman it takes 45 days to get any type of refund and we should just know that, even though it is not written anywhere on the contract that I supposedly signed and received.
