  • Terrible service! Stuck in Charlotte for two days and still no cars available. Gave me a list of other locations instead of checking for availability himself. Then these fools tell me call back at 5:30 to see if anything was available. THEY CLOSE AT 5:30! Pure ignorance never using enterprise again. "We'll pick you up!" How?!? You have no vehicles!
