I came to this location because it was close. I went in a couple times trying on boots. I had asked for gift cards for Christmas cause I needed some new boots!:) I found the pair I wanted, purchased the boots for over $200. After wearing the boots inside the house I noticed they might be a tad too big. So I went back to the store to return them and see about special ordering the right size. It was two days after Christmas and the lady that was going to do the special order said that the manufacture wasn't open till the following Monday. Which was fine with me.
Monday came and I called the Saba's store to see if they had called the manufacturer yet. Not only had they not called but the lady told me that they were closed and she would call first thing in the morning.
I thought that was a little strange so I called them. Not only were they open but the lady from the boot manufacture asked for style number and told me that all sizes were available for special order. So I called the store back and asked to speak to a manager. Diane picked the phone up and I told her that I had called the boot company and that they were open. She immediately got defensive and extremely rude. She still said she wouldn't call until the next morning. When I told her that I was paying a lot of money and it wasn't fair to treat customers in such a manner. She said she had to go that she had another customer waiting.
I was so frustrated and upset that I called another Saba's (Queen Creek) and told my story to a lady there. She was very polygenic and proceed to get my info and call the boot company herself. She called me back in five minutes and told me that the boots were on the way!!:)
At least one store knows what customer service is. If it wasn't for the gift cards I would return the boots and go to Sheplers!
